I love my old sofa but it really was on its last legs.  After twenty years of service it had seen my children grow up and leave home and had many stains which told the stories of a happy home.  My husband and I decided that we would spend some money to do up our living room which was still stuck in the 1980’s, once are children left home.

The first thing on the list of things to buy was a brand new sofa.  We no longer needed such a huge one and we wanted one that would see us through our retirement in comfort and with style. I decided to look on the Internet for good deals and came across a site that had gorgeous sofas.

We Used Our Sofa as Inspiration

I wanted to use the sofa we chose as a basis for the rest of the decoration.  We were splashing out big time and so after we purchased the perfect leather sofa with recliners, we started picking out a new floor and picked some paint for the walls.

I ordered one of the fast deliveries ranges so unlike ordering from one of the other sofa shops; we did not have to week several weeks for our sofa to arrive.  Over the weekend we painted the walls, ripped up the carpet, laid the laminate flooring just in time to receive are gorgeous new sofa.
